Silver Leaf Books has an agreement established with both Baker & Taylor and Ingram. Any bookstore or vendor that desires to purchase books may do so through them. We also do offer direct sales to all business. To qualify for quantity discounting and tax exemption, a valid Federal Tax ID must be submitted and on file with Silver Leaf Books. Discount Policy

• Invoices are due and payable in thirty days from the date of the invoice.

• Discounts will be forfeited if accounts are not paid within ninety days of due date.
• Interest of 1 ½ percent per month will be charged on delinquent accounts.
• Special-handling requests must be received in writing with the order.
• Any returns must be made within one hundred and eighty days from receipt date.
• An extension of the return policy may be provided if agreed upon by both Silver Leaf Books and the Distributor / Retailer prior to the one hundred and eighty day deadline.
• Returns with damages, including torn covers, torn pages, missing covers, watermarks, or any other impairment to the condition of the book will not be reimbursable.
• Freight and any shipping costs incurred for orders will be the responsibility of the distributor or customer.
